Overall, I have been pleased with the service provided to me at Bob Moore Land Rover. The time before last, I had an issue with one of the service coupons that was mailed to me, mainly because of my misunderstanding of the fine print. But, when you expect to spend $150 and you leave having to pay $300, it’s slightly unnerving. However, I’ve been back since then and I could tell the service department specifically Mike Nguyen went above and beyond to try to make up for my previous unpleasant experience. Unfortunately the odor that I took the vehicle in for this last time is still somewhat present, so I will most likely have to bring it back if it doesn’t go away soon.
We drove from Amarillo Tx to Oklahoma City, to this service department for service on our Land Rover, needless to say we arrived two hours early. We were greeted with friendly smiles and our car was taken straight back and we was in and out a hour before we were scheduled to be there. My first Range Rover. I received great communication on when I should bring the car in. I was told ahead of time that they would have no loaners (boo-hoo). I left the car and was given a detail of its issues. It was repaired in good order and the particulars were covered. I was well-received and treated with courtesy while I waited and even given information on certain ride functions when I picked the vehicle up. I've put the vehicle through the paces, since I've had it back a few weeks and all is well. Exemplary service indeed!!!
