Apparently there was a miscommunication about the need for a service vehicle. We drive 85 miles to the dealership and they needed our vehicle 5 days to complete the repairs. After we complained, they had a vehicle within 20 minutes :). Other than that, everything was wonderful, our service advisor (Dylan) was great!
Great people and great service. They actually do their best to make sure you have a good experience. While there this week there was miscommunication between me and service when I brought my Range Rover in - they worked thru it and was able to do more than I expected. Thanks Dylan for keeping me up to speed on what was going on and for resolving the issues at hand.
