Service department is always professional and courteous. Service done in a timely manner. Very happy with their service department. Sales is a different story. While our first vehicle purchase was a great a positive experience, Our repeat purchase attempt found the dealership offering a blatantly low ball trade in offer with no consideration for a loyal,repeat customer.
The left headlight was out and without an appointment the service department stated no problem. They took the car and replaced the headlight with in 30 minutes. Outstanding service!

I spoke with Lucas when I made the appointment to have my 2016 Range Rover Sport serviced. He gave me a time so that I would be able to have a car to drive while mine was being serviced. We arrived on time and they had a car ready for me. Lucas told me that he would call if they had any questions or found anything that needed to be addressed. I showed him my windshield where there were several cracks in it. I wasn’t sure it would need to be replaced, but Lucas assured me that he would take pictures and send them to the warranty company. Lucas did call me to let me know 2 particular filters needed changing and that my windshield may need to be replaced; they were sending in a claim to see if it would be approved. So I told them to change both of the filters and to let me know about windshield and when the car was ready. Well, we got done with our shopping and headed back to the dealership. They called as we were almost there. When I drove up, I almost didn’t recognize my car! They had detailed it for me!! (And it was really dirty!). Oh, and I’m getting a new windshield! I really am pleased with the customer service here!! I will use them again to service our car for sure!!
