The Range Rover Velar comes with your choice of powertrain. The base engine is the P250: a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that pairs with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The P400 is the most powerful option, delivering a 3.0-liter inline-six that makes 395 horsepower, with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system.
