The 2022 Range Rover Velar provides a bit more space with slightly more front legroom and significantly more rear legroom with about four inches difference. Another area where the Velar reigns supreme with cargo space at nearly 20 cubic feet over the Evoque up to the front seats. Leather seats add a touch of luxury to both models with standard leather for the steering wheel. Woodgrain trim is optional on both the Evoque and Velar while a sunroof is standard for the Velar but optional for the Evoque. Navigation is standard for the two SUVs along with power liftgate and power mirrors. Adaptive cruise control is standard on the Velar but optional on the Evoque.
Technology for Today
Land Rover provides advanced technology for all its models, including the Evoque and Velar. Both models include smart device integration and satellite radio. Wi-Fi is optional for the Evoque but standard for the Velar. HD Radio is also standard for the Range Rover Evoque but not available on the Velar. The Evoque offers an optional premium sound system while the Velar makes it standard. Technology enhances safety with the latest in safety system, such as rearview cameras for both models. Lane keeping assist and lane departure warning are standard on the base trim of the Evoque but not available on the Velar at the base trim. Blind spot monitoring is standard on the 2022 Range Rover Velar but an option for the Evoque.
